This laboratory, having all the necessary facilities for testing products during the production process, periodical inspection and re-controlling of cylinders, was facilitated and then succeeded in obtaining the necessary permits from the ISIRI.

Considering the safety of cylinders and the fact that increasing the service life increases the risks, the responsible authorities, including the National Standards Organization and the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company, have developed supplementary standards to ensure the health of the cylinders throughout their lifetime.

In order to calculate the optimum life cycle of high pressure vessels based on international standards, factors such as cylinders thickness, mechanical properties and chemical composition of the material are used. In manufacturing factories, cylinders are produced in accordance with the standards, and the optimum life cycle is encarved on cylinders upper zone.
